I've been buying cigarettes from months, three packs for $5.15. Sign was still hanging for that price. Cashier refused to honor that price. After asking for manager or regional manager informed me it wasn't her problem and I can come back some other day and find out. Finally reach somebody on your website. The young lady Monica pretty much told me there's nothing she could do unless I wanted to turn around and go back to the store after already standing there for 30 minutes trying to get assistance.

It was cold outside i went to buy cigarette and asked for 3 different kinds and was told "we are out" which is unbelievable so i asked the attendant and she stated they dont restock product in the cold!! This is unacceptable and frankly ridiculous. I did purchase something and the attendant didnt want to give me my receipt probably cause she didnt want me to do this survey and i had to ask twice for a bag to put mu items in.

Ok so I won't go into much details until I talk to somebody other than who I've spoken to already which was my store manager but this the only way I will be heard. I was an employee at 6856 i was having some concerns about the assistant that bothered me. I went to find a way to contact HR about the situation but instead of walking over her shoulder I decided to tell my manager first and was told that my situation was going to be handled well little to know it was not handled and EVERY peice of detail that I told her had already surfaced and was backfired on me so now the person who I had a problem with knew exact word for word what had been said about me I'm very upset because I intended to start back working with murphys and start off where I left that whole store at 6856 is very unprofessional I have typed up and pulled texts from my phone to support every single detail of what actually went on and I should not have to be worried about the open door policy being not so much of an open door policy I attend to very much persue the situation until my name is clear and I don't really expect to work back for murphys but I'm hoping that this will resolve

I had a problem with my credit card and went to the booth to have it scanned by the attendant (Courtney M.) who was highly put out by the effort she had to put out and was rude

After pushing the proper fuel button for many years, the 87 quality dispenser charged me for superunleaded. This has never happened before. The attendant said I must have pushed the wrong button and it was my fault - nothing she could do about my mistake. This situation is very troubling.

Hello, For the last two times I have pumped gas at this location, I do not get the 3 cent discount per gallon. At first, I thought it was a one time thing. Yesterday, I noticed again that I paid 1.94 (advertised regular price) without the 3 cent dischount. Before these past 2 times, I had been getting the 3 cent dischount. I pulled up to the pump to fill up my tow truck (after going inside to purchase a gas card) and she turned off the pumps while I was fueling my truck and left at 11:30. I was able to start fueling and had to stop, now I have to go to amother gas station after,I purchased a, $100 gas card for here. Pathetic service.
