I prepaid for fuel but when I attempted to fill my tank, I kept receiving a message to pay at the register. This issue impacted 2 other people in front of me, the attendant was not knowledgeable of how to resolve the issue and provided incorrect information that the money would automatically be restored to my card. My first contact with Murphy USA advised that the system would automatically return the money to my card on Tuesday following the holiday but it was not. Finally, when I called a second time, the rep who took the call was able to see I was billed for the amount of $45 dollars that did not revert back to my card and if I wanted my money back it would take up to 20 days. With the technology that is available today, a company this size should be able to handle an issue caused by the company in a timely manner.

If there is a restroom marked it should be available for customer use. We fuel all over the country and use Murphy whenever we can. We average 500 to 1000 gallons a week. I understand that locations can have issues that require restrooms to be locked unless requested, but they should be available at customer request. OR THE SIGNS SHOULD BE REMOVED SO I CAN DETERMINE IF I WANT TO PATRONIZE THAT LOCATION BEFORE i BEGIN FUELING. I will not return to this location. And according to the attendant there is not a manager or supervisor for this location, so I would assume no one cares if we are customers or not. There are several other options for fuel in the vacinity
