Not able to use credit card at pump had to pay at caahier. Punp slow kept cutting off.

The person was on the phone.It was a personal phone call.I gave her the right change he gave me back to much money.I then call her on it and gave it back. No thank u or anything.

CUSTOMER CARE; THIS MORNING, I WENT TO BUY GAS AT THE MURPHY STATION NEAR WALL MART IN ROXBORO NC. #6858 {1051 DURHAM RD} AT 9:40 am. PUMP #1 WAS NOT WORKING, SO I PULLED TO PUMP #2 AND FINISHED FILLING UP. I NOTICED THE LADY BEHIND ME AT PUMP #1 WAS ALSO HAVING TROUBLE. AFTER FILLING UP, I WENT AND TOLD THE MANAGER THAT PUMP #1 WAS NOT WORKING. IN A DEROGATORY VOICE SHE YELLED AT ME "YES IT IS" SHE DID THIS TWICE. THAT IS OK. the attendant was very frazzled and seemed to be agitated. she ranted a bit then stopped herself. something about she couldn't handle everything by herself.

One of the attendants who was either restocking or straightening up Refrigeration bottles next to the line, was smoking. I've been at this location several times where the employees have been smoking. I even explained to one young male employee how dangerous it was to smoke and was told they were allowed to smoke as long as they were 20 feet away from the pumps. I explained to him that that is still unacceptable because he's putting the lives of customers in danger. Please note I called in this complaint as well.

I purchased cigarettes, told the cashier Wanted to put so much on my card and the rest in change, wanted to get rid of. Could tell the way Angela D started huffing and making noises she didn't like it. she had no right to say nothing because customers should come first no matter what you use to pay for your products. Very disrespectful, didn't greet me, thank me, had to ask for my reciept (always do when she is working). Does not invite me back.
