Pump would not read my credit card,but it worked fine inside by attendant.

The pump wouldn't take my card. It told me to see the attendant. When I walked up to the attendant she said "what do you need?" When I told her that the pump wouldn't take my card she said I'll have to prepay. While attempting to prepay, with my credit card, she demanded I use a pin. I don't know the pin, and I told her that an ld she preceeded to say "well maybe that's why the pump wouldn't take your card". She was very nasty and rude and I already didn't appreciate having to go up to pay. Not to mention prepay, and now awaiting the difference to credited back to may card. The attendant was just rude and made the problem even worse with her attitude.

THE CARWASH! I paid $8.00 for the "better" car wash; but when I pulled into the wash, the machine ran across my car once then that was it!! It didn't even fully soap the car up. Let alone rinse or dry it. I looked for a way to complain there, but was running late, couldn't stick around.

Attendant ignored me at the window while she stood right in front of me talking to a coworker about personal business. She then gulped down half a bottled drink before asking what I wanted. When I went to pay, she told me to "slide" my card. When I swiped it she acted like I was an idiot for not inserting the chip end of the card. Finally without a word she handed me my receipt. No thank you. No friendliness whatsoever. Very, very rude.

After I put the card in, there was nothing to read on the pump so I would know which button to push. A strange man helped me, he knew which button to push, told me, pump was not working properly, he got it set for me to fuel, when I pushed the handle on the pump, nothing came out, so I did not get any gas, only a receipt showing:: FUEL $0.00, NET TOTAL $0.00, so I went to BP. I come to this Murphy Station all the time, because I like Murphy gas, runs well in my SUV, this is the first time I have had a problem. Thank you, Elaine Simonovics

I only purchased fuel here because the of price advertised on the sign. After the pump shut off I noticed the price charged was six cents higher. I could have gotten fuel cheaper much closer to home. When I pointed the mistake to the atendent she told me the pump price was correct.

The car wash did not work and there are no contact numbers to report the problem. In addition, the wash took the code and did nothing. How do I get a $12.00 refund?
