It didn't have anything to do with Murphy's itself just that the person ahead of me pumped gas and then went to purchase something. The rest of the pumps were full.

Highly satisfied to me means that the attendant and the service provided went above and beyond what is expected. I received kind courteous service by the attendant in an efficient manner. That to me is a satisfied level of service.

I don't believe I've ever been to any business and been highly satisfied because there is always room for improvement. The problem I had was the pump didn't print a receipt and I had to to to the window in the sprinkling rain to ask & receive a receipt.
