The hand pump was broken and had to hold the handle throughout the pumping. The pump said a 5 cent discount when you use your Walmart Card. The receipt only shows a 3 cent discount

The attendant no customer service...I guess she wasn't taught how to talk to customers...rude

I just use my card at the pump the other day and didn't have to walk to the attendant. Tonight I swipe my card and it said see attendant before I could even put in the zip code. Tried it again and it did the same thing. Very cold outside didn't want to walk to the attendant. She said it act up sometimes.

I purchase a gas card at Walmart in Quincy right across from the store. This was this was last week. I went to the pump to use the card and they did not inform me in the store that the system was down. I went back today and they told me the system was still down. I went back to Walmart and tried to get my money back so I could at least get gas. They informed me that I could not do that. Now I am stuck unable to get gas and with a gift card I can't even use. The people in Walmart we're not even notifying the ones buying the shopping cards that they could not use them for gas.
