The weather was bad, I had limited time, and I needed a printed receipt. The pump did not provide the requested receipt so I needed to get wet going to the counter. There is a roof over the pumps, but there are so many racks of products leading the the counter, the customer gets wet.

I was very dissatisfied with my last 2 trips including today. I have tried to use my murpy usa card twice as the pumps and keeps telling me to see attendant. Which to me is stating to get rid of the card and that you do not want my business. I have to get gas for work 2-3 times a week and usually got gas at murphy but since I am having nothing but trouble with my murphy card I no longer have a real reason to go the now I loved the service before everything got changed over. I also told the cashier how I felt about the card issue and she basically could care less and promoted me to go get gas elsewhere since I also have a sams club card and the gas is just as cheap and I dont have to keep seeing a cashier. Plus she never gave me a receipt for today when I paid cash for gas today. So I will not get gas there again with these issues.

It was vey cold and windy. ANdrew made me stand out in it. I had to knock on the window. He was very rude.

I asked about the items needed to purchase to get the offered .10 discount on gas, the attendant did not answer until the transaction was completed.

Over paid for gas, my gas tank only holds 13.5 gallons I pump 13.33 gallons and tank was not empty and no light was on at time on my dashboard. Will call State of Indiana on Monday about you and your business.
