The whole front desk was great but Megan is the greatest!

No one at the counter when I tried to check out was annoying

Beautiful hotel

Security staff was great we had problems with with a guest in the adjoining room lori came up and immediately got us gave us a room change and some breakfast coupons all the while apologizing for our inconvenience she is what hilton is made of Quality

The cafe inside the Chicago Hilton has Starbucks!

Ms Cora in security was so very pleasant and informative. We were locked out of our room ms Cora came very quickly and her first words was I'm sorry about your wait. Every question we asked her she had a answer to it so informative. We will tell all our friends about this hotel and the great staffers

Great location, good size, well kept - annoying that they don't have coffee makers or fridges in their big rooms - also that wifi isn't standard and free

Stayed at the Hilton to participate in the Hot Chocolate 5k. and Janet Jackson concert. My friends and I were having a girls weekend. I loved the location and that the hotel was close to the things that we had for the weekend. We were there for two days. Everything was satisfactory except that we were charged parking of $55.00 a day self park or $69..00 for Valet, and that there are no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. to get a refrigerator in your room it had to be a medical emergency and you were charged $40.00 a night to have it in your room. These were not cheap rooms $200+ per night to add refrigerator and parking. they should have discounted parking for guest of the hotel. Also they have a place in the dresser for the refrigerator put them in so your guest that are paying top dollar to stay there can use them.
