The house keeping staff was very friendly. The security guard in the lobby gave me a sense of safety. My key didn't work and a lady guard came up quickly who had a beautiful smile she apologizes for my wait ask me if I needed anything brought up a new key all with that same smile. Her name was Corie Cory something like that I can't remember. The bellman staff was so helpful the foo was delicious I had to wait in line on my arrival but the check in staff was great they made up for the wait. Love my stay

Not a great location. Rooms are not as large as I would have hoped based on nightly rate. Not convenient location in relation to walking distance to many good attractions or food. Housekeeping could def be much better. Didn't refill coffee, didn't empty the trashcans, had to request for the shower curtain to be changed b/c it smelled horrifically of mildew.

While it is an antique hotel that looks nice from the outside, the facilities are out dated. Furthermore there were various things wrong with the room that did take a while to resolve, which wasted our day in Chicago
