Because I have had bad experiences with customer service at this location in the past, so I am always skeptical when I use this location not knowing what type of attendent I will get. This visit really was fine, and I would probably say i was highly satisfied if I had not previously experienced rude people.

Highly Satisfied means service above and beyond. This was an average fuel pump, just like any other fuel pump.

the pump handle doesn't swivel and as a result you have to twist the pump hose to get it into position to discharge the fuel.

no reason it was a good experience i'm not likely to give a "highly satified" but that does not mean it was not a good place to get gas.
