my car alarm kept going off and the attendants came out to help me. helped with the battery cable and pushed car to side of lot until I can get help to find out what is wrong with it the next day. Both ladies were very helpful even offering to wait with me until my daughter arrived even though they were off work since it was after 11 pm.
