I had to wait to get to the gas pump and there was a 10 minute wait to pay for my g as and cigarettes!

Why do I have to be HIGHLY satisfied. I was just satisfied. It needs to be bigger. With as much business comes in and out of this particular Murphy store, it should be a walk in store. With a bigger parking area. I go so much, they all know who I am. And a couple of the employees know exactly what I need.

Nobody is perfect. Something could always be improved..prices, plus selling, reminding customer of survey, etc.

it was very early in the attendant was counting her cigarettes so I understand because I am also a Clerk at local gas stations
