PUMP DISPENSING NOZZLE DOES NOT SWIVEL CAUSING CUSTOMER TO TWIST THE HOSE IN ORDER TO GET NOZZLE IN FUEL TANK. WHY NOT INSTALL SWIVEL NOZZLES ON ALL DISPENSING NOZZLES AT ALL MURPHY LOCATIONS?? I MAKE IT A POINT TO SEEK MURPHY LOCATIONS BECAUSE OF YOUR GENEROUS DISCOUNT{S}, IF YOU PURCHASE OTHER ITEMS AVAILABLE.

People are there to buy cigarettes and it takes forever.

I used my Walmart Master Card and your pump did not recognize it as the Walmart Card and take off the 5 cents per gallon.

I would think as busy as this Station is they would know well before when their fuel is getting low. Order well in advance of running out.

Trying to redeem a Dr Pepper from off a SurveyMini app on my phone the young lady did not know what she was doing and loss the redeem code and I was unable to get my Dr Pepper. She told me to bring it back up but she had already tried to redeem it and it will only work one time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You need to let your people know how to work the many redeeming products

Used my Walmart credit card but did not get the discount price

The pump I used was extremely slow. I stopped the pump at a $10 purchase out of frustration when I would normally fill up.

I was going to pay at the pump with credit card,swiped card asked for zip code the keys on pump were not working .Went to window to pay attendant she was outside. Was not greeted in any fashion.

I tried to redeem a 20oz Dr Pepper from my phone Survey Mini app and the casher keep saying I owed 2.09 for the drink. I said it should be free and she said I show you owe $2.09. I said you know I loose this bar code and loose the drink if you do not honor it? she said it shows you owe $2.09. So I said forget it and walked away!!!!!!! Not happy at all, If your people don't know how to redeem then there is a lack of training going on!!!!!!!!!! As I said not happy!!
