I had been getting 5 cents per gallon discount with my Walmart credit card. Today I got no discount. Has this program been discontinued?

Gas is cheaper at Walmart in Blue Ridge the next town north. It takes a long time for the receipt to print, more noticeably right now that it's so cold.
