I paid for $25 in gas. The pump stopped at $22. Asked the attendant about it and was told, due to some promotion you were only allowed 15 gallons. Told her it stopped at little over 11 and I wasn't participating in any promotion, I just wanted the $25 in gas that I paid for. She said they difference would be put back in my account. I paid for $25 in gas, obviously I wanted $25 in gas.

Earlier this week my card was charged twice and the order was cancelled. the charge still shows pending since Monday. I've been to the bank and one other attendant on Tuesday. The attendant on Tuesday was a well mannered man that notified me to come back when the ast. manager was on. When I saw the ast. manager today she seemed over today and short. I waited at the window for a min for her to greet me and the in middle of speaking with her about the charges on my phone she took a personal phone call to ask for someone to get her a sleepwalker. Then she told me is was an issue from my bank which I the responded that I already spoke to the bank the day before and it was Murphy's charge company that had a hold on it till the 19th. The charge was made on Monday at the cashier so I'm surprised that the batch takes so long to settle and I am without my cash for 5 days. My office is right beside the gas station and I enjoy the easy and good service I normal receive but this issue has upset me very much. Not only was the charge an issue but the manger Kristy was very unhelpful and not give me an email or a number to call to resolve this issue. She did give me this survey

My husband purchased a gas card at Walmart on Friday. On Saturday he went to put gas in my car and there was a sign saying that they could not accept the gas cards so then we returned on Sunday and the sign was still at the pump saying that they could not take the gas card he went to the register and ask the girl if he could use the gas card there to pay for the gas and she said no that she couldn't take it even at her register so we had to go back to Walmart in the store and get the gas card cash 10 and return to the pump and pump the gas so we didn't get the $0.03 discount for the gas that we purchased so the manager from the store told the ladies at the service desk that they should not be selling gas cards until further notice that's the reason why we are not satisfied.

The employee didn't say a word to me. I had to ask for a receipt for my diesel, as always. If the diesel wasn't the price it was I would do business else where.

I had to stand and wait on the woman running the register, while she had her head behind the cigarette shelf. It took her about 10 minutes to look and see someone was there. She looked like she got up out of bed and come to work. She never greeted me, never said thank you. The ground was filthy stuff everywhere. When we left the woman that was running the register was on the outside in the parking lot smoking a cigarette and talking to someone in a little silver car. People were standing there waiting on her to come back to the register. This woman obviously doesn't care about her job or the customers. I would have already fired her.

I attempted to use Pump #7. There was some type of technical problem. I repeatedly pressed the Call and Handicap Signals, as I am on crutches and needed prompt assistance. After an unnecessary and extensive wait, I used my crutches to go to the window and begged for Assistance. Some woman, with Red Hair was inside, watching another woman at the register. Her attitude was rude and ugly. She claimed that she only saw the call for help but never explained what took so long to respond. She was indifferent and a failure at Positive Customer Service. She never apologized or made any effort to accommodate, myself as a Handicapped Person! She was not that busy that she could not have responded earlier and in a more courteous manner! I hope at the very least she will be reprimanded.

It's always so irritating, only 2 diesel pumps & as usual gas burners at both of them. With the gas only pumps empty. Rude gas burner owners.
