The pump would take my card but would not pump gas. went and prepaid $25 and the pump still would pump ask if I could move to another pump and was told I could not. Then I ask for a refund on my card and was told I would need to speak to the manger the next day which would be Sunday 2/26. I return on Sunday and was told to watch my bank card for about three days to see if the charge was removed if not check back and let the manger know. As of today the $25 charge is still there. This seem to be a bad way of resolving a problem.

There was an attendant training a new person and the trainer didn't even know how to operate the equipment. If the person doing the training doesn't know how to do their job how is the new employee going to know how to do it.
