This Murphy location stays busy and there needs to be more room for the cars waiting for pumps.

Waiting in line takes time

the time it took to get a pump

No place can be perfect and we could be cheaper our store is constantly changing prices up and down it's ridiculous every other day it's a different price that could stop and cigarettes are not always. When we need them dorel are never there when we buy them regular we've told them over and over again nobody seems to care

just having to wait behind a slow customer who was fumbling around

There isn't enough parking area

I got mid grade gas. The price between both regular and mid had a big difference. The mid that I got seems ridiculously high in my opinion.

When I got to the counter, the clerk was not at counter, was behind a stock wall, but finally came to counter. Guess she was busy. I wasn't greeted with a "can I help you". I wasn't asked if I needed any thing else.

To be highly satisfied with an experience I expect something above and beyond the basic transaction which rarely occurs in my day to day dealings. It was not exceptional but was quite satisfactory.

Sometime the pumps mess up but overal very pleased with the murphys in arab alabama
