Was in a hurry, doing closing on sale of house, we pull up to get gas, is like the middle of the afternoon, on a weekday!, and they are painting the posts around the gas pumps... The lines were outrageous, the time spent , and the fuel burnt, trying to find an available pump, or one with a short line... It's a Walmart gas station! Wtf? You can't get the painting done in the evening, after rush hour?? All told, the management of this station is obviously NOT up to par.

The key pad on the pump was not operating. It asked for zip code, but could not key in. I had to change to another pump. It seems there is a problem each time I go to this site. Last time: receipt did not print. Time before that, pump kept shutting off during refueling. Only thing that keeps me coming back is the Walmart Card discount -- but maybe it's no longer worth the aggravation.

Broken keypads at pump.

It was really mainly due to the keypad not working at all that made me go to the cashier and wait longer than I would have needed if it were working right.

The diesel pump handle does not swivel. It is hard to maneuver and can cause diesel to spill on the ground. Also, the glass that shows the transaction, gallons and money is damaged. Cannot see through it.

The diesel pump handle does not have a swivel. It is very hard to maneuver, causing the person to wrestle with it like its some kind of huge snake on the attack,,,,also the glass for the card reader is not clear any longer,,,cannot see the transaction....also,,,,,there is plenty of diesel on the ground, probably because the pump handle will not function probably and the person using it dropped it on the ground while it was running.

the main reason for my dissatisfaction was that the pumps are very consistent at not reading credit/debit cards and this happens on several occasions and on repeat visits the problem is not resolved or has sprung up at another pump the frustration felt negates the discounted price at the pump

No complaints about the pump but the person at register took a very long time (while trying to purchase a carton of pyramid cigarettes) finally I got my coupon for the ,10Cent off per gallon of gas. It was very frustrating as I used a gift card first then my card to pay the remaining balance. The line backed up and people were disgruntled.
