We carry a Muurphy card, there was no discount for are murphy card that this station, I would have stop at Love's or flying J for my good sam's discount

I had to go to the regester to get my recept, that line was to long and attendent was to slow with other customers in line in front of me. If the recept were avalable at the pump all would be fine.

I have been to two locations one in Gardendale, Al and the other in Fultondale, Al and made smokeless tobacco purchases and at both locations the signs on the windows said if you buy 5 cans the price is $1.99 or 9.95 total each to find out I was charged $10.45 to $11.50 for each 5 can purchase. This is a bad practice to me as a consumer. Thank you.

Price increase of product purchased.

Allowing commercial semi-truck to pump from passenger/non commercial diesel pump. Truck pumped over 300 gallons and blocked the only accessible diesel pump for over 30 minutes. Your pumps are not rated for commercial dispensing, high flow/volume diesel like at truck stops. Please pull surveillance footage for time period. Trucker was a Walmart contract driver. I have footage from my dash-cam. Had to go to Shell gas station for my diesel.

After I started pumping my gas, a man smoking a cigarette walked up to the attendant (5 feet from my pump). Then he started pumping gas with the cigarette in his mouth. I brought it to the attendant's attention and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I felt in danger and wanted to leave right away. I am seeing more and more people smoking at the pumps lately. It shouldn't be allowed. Also, I was on the inside of an inside pump (closest to the attendant's booth). It was so tight/cramped that there was not room for anyone to open the drink cooler doors without hitting my car. Also, there were unopened boxes of snacks/etc that were stacked between the coolers and the pumps making the lane even more cramped. It looked like maybe they had just been delivered and not put away yet.

The attendant was on a personal phone call with a line of people waiting didn't say a word to acknowledge my existence just too busy with the personal phone call and that's not the first time this has happened at this location

The pumps were very very slow and traffic was very backed up.

The card reader at the pump was down and has been that about a month on that pump. I visit this gas station at least 2 times per week because it is really close to work. I stood in line with 2 people in front of me for about 5 mins with no one at the window. About 3 mins or so after that, the first person in line left. Stood there for another 5 mins or so and the lady finally showed up. Not sure where she was but she didnt apologize, didnt say hey how are you, nothing at all. Normally the cashiershere are nice, not sure what happened with this one.
