I usually purchase gas at this location, however, here lately the pumps do not provide a receipt and I have to stand in line behind people purchasing cigarettes etc just to get the receipt. The NEVER correct the problem. No receipt is a frequent thing. I asked the clerk why they don't put in paper and her surly replyt was "it has paper, but it doesn't work." I have a broken back and have a brace, so the extra steps and the standiing in line are a challenge. I am going to try to find a location where they seem to care that thiings are working properly and they can be nice about it.

Frequently the receipts do not print. There are long lines at register and generally the attendants exhibit a care less attitude. I am usually very tired after a 12 hr day at work and not in the mood for the long waits due to malfunction of equipment. I understand an occasional malfunction, but this happens all to frequently.

Don't understand why they have two windows and only use one of them when the lines are long there are two workers only one of them is working the other one is talking on her phone I don't think that right

no receipt paper in the pump. I am disabled and I was at one of the further away pumps. It is not easy for me to get around.

Again, the excessive noise from the videos that play at the pumps is ridiculous. They are very load and I don't care to have to listen to something being shoved down my throat. The only reason that I purchased gas this time was because it was on my way and I needed gas. I did not fill my tank, but instead went elsewhere later in the day, because I could not stand to listen to the noise pollution anymore. I have called Murphy Corporate about this in the past, several times, and never received a return call. As long as Murphy participates in playing these loud videos/commercials at the pumps, I will not purchase gas there, even if the gas is cheaper and it is more convenient. It's bad enough to have to listen the the idiots that have not consideration of others and play their music while they are pumping gas (you can't fix stupid!), but I'm not going to give someone my business that does basically the same thing. Kroger, Ingles, Racetrac and others will continue to get my gas purchase business. I would love to hear back from someone with Murphy USA about this, but based on my past experiences, it won't happen! Jeff Brandon 770-584-5679.
