Was in a rush, used my debit card and went through the whole process of entering my PIN and then instructed to go to window. Had to wait for attendant to sign receipts for a vendor, or maybe write a check, but put me behind.

Pump was operating slowly when I was entering my payment info.

The attendant had an issue that she could not handle herself. Therefore, she had to get on the phone and it took a few minutes before it was resolved. The other customers began to get aggravated because they were in a rush. She continuously apologized and explained she would get to them as soon as she can. She seemed bothered a bit by their aggravation
