I used to love getting my stuff at this Murphys's, but here lately I absolutely hate going here. The employees are so rude and hateful!

The pump was broken and missing a spring. Has to call the attendant who already knew the pump was broken. The pump in my opinion should have been closed.

I buy all my fuel from Murphy. If I had drove ten more miles I would have saved .15 per gallon on diesel. The Murphy station on Zero St in Fort Smith was .15 per gallon lower.I will not ever stop at the store in Greenwood,AR again. There is no reason for this, same county,12 miles apart.

I pulled in to get gas and your associate is sitting over by the ice machine on her phone smoking a cigarette I proceed to get gas and the pump wouldn’t work so after I waited a few minutes I step over and she says oh we’re out of gas! Could she not of told me that before I started and put my card in and waited for it to pump so then I did it a second time because she said never mind we have it now again it did not work then when she finally said she would call whoever she was on the phone with back and come to help me I said well I mean you could’ve said something and she said well there’s a sign on the front! what I was paying at the pump so how does that work? she was very rude and hateful!

First thing was that I was going to buy three coke products and take advantage of the code for gas that I was about to purchase, but there were only two diet cokes and so I needed to choose something else to go with them. I decided on a sprite. The gentleman said it didn't count. I had to choose something else. That made me feel bad, because I don't really like the other coke items. I went ahead and got a cherry coke. I also got three candy bars. Then when I checked out, I asked for a sack and was told they were out of sacks! I was then left to carry the three 20 oz. bottles and three candy bars while trying to help my husband use the code and juggle the gas containers we had brought to fill. I did just have to drop the cola and candy on the seat all loose and help my husband, but I was still upset even when we got things accomplished with the gas because now I had to move the coke and candy again in order to set down. I know in my heart that Sprite should have counted on this coke promotion and I am disturbed that a big company would ever run out of merchandise sacks. I just wanted you to know that this will leave a bad impression on me for some time.
