Since there is nothing perfect, etc. you would have to be slightly deranged to say something was. I consider "Highly Satisfied" to be in the "perfect" category.

I bought diesesl. The area around the diesel pump was very very messy. Apparently someone had spilled fuel and the drying stuff had been put out, but not cleaned up. It was damp and misty out. The entire area around the pump was a mess. Hated to get back in my truck after standing it it. Should have been washed off!!!!!
