First the pump stopped letting me know that my car was full. I then went to take the pump handle out of the gas tank and hang it up but then realize that the holding hand where you hang up the pump was broken and it was difficult to hand up the pump handle. I had to move and maneuver the pump handle to get it to hang up. i got my receipt and went to get in my car. Once i got in my car i turned on my car thinking i had a full tank and my gas indicator showed me that i only got 3/4 from full worth of gas. I wanted a full tank but since the gas pump popped to indicate i was full i assumed it was full. So now i have to go out tomorrow sometime to get more gas but it wont be at Murphy USA.

I tried to get $45 in gas at the window. The attendant told me that I am only allowed to get a maximum of $30 in fuel if I pay at the window. I said "What??" He repeated it. I told him that was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I've never been to a gas station that would only allow you to get $30 in gas if you pay at the window. Then he asked "Well are you paying debit or credit?" i said "Credit" he said "then yes, $30 max". I said fine, give me $10 and I'll get the rest of my gas somewhere else that doesn't have such a ridiculous policy. So you got $10 from me when you could have gotten $45. Who turns away business like that???

I use the Walmart gift card. Or, at least I have been for several years. The last 3 months, every gift card I get does not work at the pumps. I only try 3 or 4, and after "card unreadable" I give up and use my credit/debit card (without the discount). :-( I go into the store, and get a new card. The first time, they told me it was unreadable, got a new card. I am on my 4th card now, and each time I go in and complain the gas pumps can't read it, they swipe it at their register, and it reads fine. Since the card works inside, I am convinced the problem is in the readers at the pump. The attendant couldn't read it either, and it is a new card. I keep it in the console per the advice from the Walmart cashier who told me they are destroyed by what's in my pocket. So, I don't keep in my pocket, but rather in the console, where there are no magnets.

This station had a sign saying that diesel was $1.89.9 and when I pulled up to the pump the actual price was $2.08.9. That is quite a difference from what is advertised. This has happened before but I did not do anything. I have a walmart mastercard and get discounts for that. This station seems to have people who do not care to change the pricing on their sign on a continuing basis. Sometimes the price is actually less than the sign. The market has lower prices for diesel nearby and the 2% discount is not much of an incentive for me . I spent $49.32 today and will probably go to Kroger or other places in the future because I can trust the price they have advertised on their sign to be correct. This location also left up signs in the past that showed that the 5 cent discount was still offered for people who had a walmart mastercard. The clerk just went and pulled off the sticker on the pump that had this and did not offer any response about this. Management needs to have better oversight on this location, #6904. Thanks, Victor Holmes

The pumps where not working and there wasn't a attendant to help. If the pumps are down just put up a sign, so people don't waste their time

I visited this location late at night. There was no signage to make me aware that the pumps were closed. The video screens were working, the lights were all on, though the store/attendant area was closed. The pump allowed me to swipe my card and initialize the sale, asked me to remove the nozzle and choose which type of gas. The gas never would pump. Then, it took several minutes for the pump to close out the sale so that i was sure no one else could come behind me and gas up using my card. If the pumps are going to be closed during certain hours, that should be posted on each pump. Not only was this a waste of my time, but it endangered my safety by drawing my attention to a malfunctioning/closed pump and not to my surroundings. By not letting customers know that they cannot get gas, you are risking their safety. This needs to be addressed immediately.

The card reader didn't work. The attendant was less than helpful stating she had a problem also. Why not take the pump out of service rather than inconvenience customers by having them go to the window and receive no assistance. I had to move to another pump.

When I approached the building there wasn't anyone in line. The cashier/attendant was looking at a receipt. She looked annoyed that I was there. Then when she looked up an rolled her eyes at me I asked her for what I needed. She grabbed it, rang it up and handed it to me with my receipt. Said nothing the entire time. I found it very rude and disrespectful.
