I wanted to redeem my survey reward for a free soda. I read a free dr pepper but I don't drink de pepper and I got a coke instead. They kinda gave me a hard time about it. Please change the reward to any coke product. Isn't dr pepper part of coca cola.

Was not satisfied because had problems at pump with gift cards. Also some gift card were unreadable. It frustrates me that you can't combine gift cards but have to continue going back and forth to register since pump was giving me problems. in addition I noticed you don't get a survey code with pumps while you do get one with receipts from cashier. .

We have been purchasing all of our local gasoline at the local Murphy stations at our WalMart stores across El Paso using our Walmart card for at least 8/9 years. We always used the Murphy gas as we traveled to and from Houston, TX from El Paso - usually stopping in Seguin, TX and on two occasions driving to northern Illinois. We were always happy with the fair pricing and benefit of using the card at your locations. However, on this day we were caught offguard when we were charged $2.28 per gallon when all across town the average price was basically $2.14 to $2.18 - this seemed completely out of line and we felt that we had been taken advantage of as regular and loyal customers. We now shop the local area for the best price and I just wanted you to know that you have lost a loyal customer because of this. I was so proud of you when you rebated those that had been overcharged during Hurricane Harvey in Texas. Thank you for letting me vent!

I have used Murphy's for several years on several cars through the years. Mpg on my fairly new car (4000+ mi) went from a consistent 33.6 mi to 29.3. I believe this is due to the newly installed digital pumps not having a splash guard on the nozzle. The gas splashes out when pumping. Regretfully, I will no longer buy gas at Murphy's.
