I was not greeted by the attendant when I approached the booth to pay for my gas. Nor was I told, "Thank you sir. Come back to see us." (Customer service)

The overall cleanliness of the outside and the attendants attitude was not appealling enough to warrant a Highly Satisfied. The attendants attitude was not a bad one, it just wasn't enough to rate a high score.

I just never really give a highly satisfied with a gas station. The attendants are all very friendly & very helpful.

The price was higher than other places I drove by afterwards. There was a man driving around in a pickup truck with his door open, and I could smell fresh cigarette smoke, so I didn't feel very safe while I was fueling my car.
