The cashier that helped me is very rude. Her name is Kathryn M. This is the second time she has waited on me and had a bad attitude. The previous evening I thought maybe she was just having a bad and took it out on me and I let it go. But 2 nights in a row, not acceptable. I usually go to the store in the mornings and get waited on by Faye. SHE is amazing, some of the best customer service. But I have been treated poorly by Kathryn. Shes acts as though I am putting her out of her way when I ask for cigarettes. I will bring this to Faye's attention next time I see her, I think she is the manager. Kathryn needs some lessons on customer service and what it means to Murphy, because I'm sure you as a company hold a higher standard.

I was not satisfied with Murphy USA because there was no greetings when you go in there. The pumps where half way working. I would never come back there

Attendant was rude and defensive. The receipt would not print at the gas pump. I went back to the cashier attendant and asked for a receipt. She snapped at me "that is a receipt". I remained calm and asked if she could print off a sale receipt. She gave me a preauthorization receipt for someone else's transaction and stated that it printed off the same way. I was humiliated. There were other customers behind me listening to all of this. In the past I have not had any problem with other cashiers. They are willing to help me get a valid receipt. I need them for tax purposes. I could tell by her tone and manner she had no attentions of really helping me. I never said an unkind word to her or raised my voice. I am seriously considering not going back.
