Love the convenience. However on my last 2 visits the pumps could not take the Walmart gift cards so I didn't receive my .03 cents off per gallon. This really irritates me! The pumps haven't taken Walmart cards in over a week!!!!!! :-(

I am loyal to Murphy's for gas & food shopping purchases. However, several times now when I go to use my prepaid gas card, there seems to be a problem at the pump. I go through the trouble to go inside to authorize the use of my credit card for $50 to replenish my gas funds. Then I proceed to the pump outside to get gas, only to discover that the prepaid card system is not working. This is a MAJOR inconvenience & has happened multiple times before. Not only did the employee at the store not notify me but to add insult to injury, now I have to shell out an additional $50 for gas. So, in total I have paid $100 & been MAJORLY inconvenienced. Obviously, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. You need better internal communication & systems.
