I think Racetrac is a nicer gas station. Murphy is a just cheaper.

The new pumps look great but there has been a consistent problem with the availability of the discount using the Walmart gift card. I have reported this problem at least three times and yet it persists.

Pump #7, the nozzle would trip off and would not start at first couple of attempts. Then it came on and filled normally. When the tank on my SRX was full, the nozzle didn't kick off and spilled some gas which I was able to quickly stop being next to the hose. I notified the attendent who politely appologized, but didn't come out the see the problem for himself or attempt to wash down the gas spill.

Because of displays, I could not completely open my car door. Your prices used to be better than competitors but is no longer.

Advertised price was 2.06 with a Walmart gas card, so I went out of my way to purchase one. My funds are very limited and every penny counts. When I got to the pump, the gas card system was not working. When I addressed the issue to the associate on duty, I was told the system does not work, and wasnt even offered the advertised price for my inconvenience. Once I got back to the pump, it operated deficiently. It constantly sputtered and stopped pumping gas. Overall, it was a very dissatisfying experience and next time I'll just go to a different gas station.

This is the second day in a row that the "DSN Server" was down so you couldn't use gift cards. I've been using gift cards for a while to save a few cents per fill up. Two days in a row? Non functional equipment! You've got to be kidding. Wasted my time, the attendant was polite, but he can't control the link to your IT systems. I use Murphy USA because I can save a few bucks w/ a gift card - since this is too tough I'll use the easier to get in/out Wawa down the street. The price is the same - you've lost your edge by having equipment that doesn't work... Poor service, plain and simple.
