there was long line.. and the reason for the long line the attendent was to busy on her phone appears to be texting while working.. i even heard a customer say is that important right now? may i have my cigarettes please. the attendent ignored her. when I got there i saw her put the phone down I asked for lotto tickets she went back and pick up the phone and started to text again? is this ok employees can be on the phone while attending customers? I have seen this before. the other time attendent was downloading music.. and told me one moment please... had me wait she placed her phone down.. and said May I help you...is this the way walmart treats customers?

I work retail I know it can be stressful the lady was on her phone the whole time and walking to the window she having a conversation with her friend sitting in the car in front of the checkout

I also bought a lotto ticket,, the attendent was on her phone looks like she was downloading music instead of paying attention to the customer... i stood there waitng for her to open the little window I waited around 3 to 4 mintues she saw me but she was more interested in her phone. she did not say anything...? until I said hello are you opened? then she opened the little window.

The last two times I used this has station, my credit card info was stolen. Will not be using them again.

Multiple pumps were only dispensing regular gas. Signs were posted on the affected pumps but I did not see them until I pulled up and got out of the car. I had to wait for another pump. It was a minor delay but it was hot outside and frustrating.

They did not have my cigarettes

Car wash!. Payed for the works ..got deluxe. Has been that way the last 10 washes. Low to no soap & no under carriage or tire wash.

The car wash wouldn't work and when myself and another customer spoke with the attendant she was extreamly rude and unhelpful. I paid $8.00 for a car wash and got nothing. I am in customer service and if she worked for me she would be brought in for more training if not fired. I will never return to this location because of her arrogance and rudeness. I would rather pay more for fuel and a car wash than be treated with disrespect.

Wrong code generated from machine went to a tenor and told him that the code didn't work he said and I quote eight night and I can do so I went back to the chart and tell my husband he said there wasn't anything he could do my husband got out went up there and came back with another code went back to the car wash code still did not work attendant did not know how to give a refund and his appearance was very sloppy he had pants down to his ankles and dreadlocks and his hair they didn't washed for weeks and we left the station without getting our money back for the eight dollar car wash and I'm very sure the lady behind us at the exact same experience
