Pump's start/stop is not adjusted properly. I experience this problem all the time and it is never corrected. It is impossible to stop these pumps at a certain desired dollar amount. I have complained on numerous occasions on this survey web site but it is never addressed.

Customers going to the cashier window tend to park without regard to blocking the flow of traffic through this facility!

I didn't get the discount for my fuel purchase as I was paying with a Walmart money card. I also had to walk to the attendant station to get a receipt, even though I chose to get it at the pump. It didn't print out. Asking the attendant to get my receipt was like interrupting her from her gossip session with another employee.

had to circle twice to get to pump. saw many empty cars or people not pumping gas. attendant fine but knew i was to do this survey. please dont push them to offer another product.

I was disappointed that I was unable to get my free 20 ounce Dr. Pepper, through my Survey mini app. When the cashier scanned my phone app, it rang it up twice for $1.81.

I was with someone who was purchasing gas. I don't shop with Murphy. Too many bad experiences.
