I purchased a carton of pall mall cigarettes and the attendant rang the purchase as 10 individual packs, with .90 cents off total. Ten cents off per pack. As a regular customer for fuel and cigarettes as well as being a patron for my disabled mother for both fuel and cigarettes, this transaction is concerning because I am unsure of the accuracy of the true cost of a carton of my brand of cigarettes. Would the cost have been lower if it were rang in via the bar code on the carton of the actual cigarettes themselves? Hmmm something to ponder..As a former business woman I am aware that word of mouth is the best form of advertisement and that negativity travels ten to one in comparison to positive feedback. ...
