Windshield washer fluid was frozen (temperature was 25 degrees), so I was unable to clean my windows & headlights. The attendant was busy & would likely just have fluid left for her that would be no different than what was frozen. The squeegee was stuck in the frozen reservoir like a popsicle handle.

I pay at the pump so that I can get my fuel, and be on my way. It upsets me when the time comes for my receipt to print nothing happens. The reason I pay at the pump in the first place is that i don't want to deal with a cashier and the wait. I don't know if it's simply someone keeping an eye on the paper in the printer or what. Please do a better job with that.

The way the gas pumps work is a slow process. It takes quite some time to actually process the debit card than otger places. By far the fastest for gas but slow in general.
