Normally not my regular route so out of my way to get gas

First of all the pump would not read my card. Then I did not get my discount that I am supposed to for using a Walmart credit card. Very unpleasant experience.

The diesel pump was very very slow, even the guy on the other side of me was complaing, it took almost 10 minutes to get just over 15 gallons of fuel, and there is only 1 set of pumps with diesel fuel, and neither one of our pumps shut down when our tanks were full, making a mess.

I checked my bank account and $75.00 was deducted. I immediately called my bank. They informed me that many gas outlets are now putting a hold on the account for greater than the purchase and it should correct itself within 24 hours. If that was the case and no scam is involved, why don't you post on the pump what will happen?? If it is a scam, I checked everything out at the pump and could not find anything "weird" and I covered the pad when entering a pin #. Nevertheless, this experience is less than "satisfying".

I purchased diesel twice in the past week at this same pump, #12. The pumps are relatively new, less than a few months old, and the nozzle continuously clicks off and/or will not even let you set the handle for a slow fuel fill. In between visits to this Murphy station I have filled on other hi-flow diesel pumps with no problems. Please have someone look into this issue with pump 12 at the Murphy USA at 3115 Floyd Blvd in Sioux City.

When I pulled up to the station, the lights were off but the pumps were on, so I thought the store was closed but I could still get gas with the card reader. Everything worked fine until I began pumping. I was only able to pump 0.076 gallons and the pump was acting like there was no gas for it to pump. I ended up giving up and leaving to go to a different gas station. This was my first and only bad experience here and I've been going here for a while but I left the station not feeling happy at all.

I drove into the pump area and the tar mack or what you may call the lot is in severe disrepair. There was a whole in the lot where my car literally dropped into it. I will not take another chance at that site on Floyb Blvd, Sioux City Iowa until the lot is repaired. I cannot take a chance in damaging the wheel alignment on my car!
