Hugh traffic congestion caused somewhat by several customers at pay window and only one cashier. Pump islands/fueling areas need to be cleaned professionally to remove fuel stains.

Delay due to insufficient number of tellers waiting on customers at window. Entire fueling area needs to be professionally cleaned to remove fuel stains. Drive-around area behind pay window/restrooms could be larger.

The attendant Kimberly Dawn was not available when i got to the window to pay. She was out of sight talking on the telephone. I waited at the window for about 5 minutes before she finally decided to wait on me. She did not say hello or good-by or thank you & come back or anything. She was just laughing & talking & having a good time on the phone to take care of the customers.

Diesel pump on West side of stand had a loose shield. I was concerned that it may have been tampered with and possibly have my identity stolen.

The paper printer was out of paper at the machine and had to go to window and wait to get a receipt
