I was unable to use a rollback code for $0.10 of for up to 15 gallons (or unable to enter the code correctly at the pump) and the attendant made sure that I got my discount when I showed her the receipt with the rollback code. She was very friendly and patient with my technology skills.

I don't rate high satisfaction, mostly because it is just another thing I have to do.
