Must have pushed wrong button,because I was satisfied

The attendant talking to a friend that was buying lotto tickets. Lotto ticket sales cause this check out to be extremely longer than necessary. The gas pump wouldn't start after I punched PAY ATTENDANT many times and of course she can't see me and sure didn't notice the pump problem because having full on conversation with a lotto customer. When I asked Please turn pump 3 on, she snapped at me and said "There's a button to push!" Well, guess what, I had already punched that button many times and nothing. If not for the convenience and price of this location, I would NOT return.

This was the only time I couldn't use my pin number for my card. Other then that I had no problem. I let the cashier know about it, she was really nice about it. Her name was Amber

I wished to pay at the pump but it would not work had to stand in a long line to pay. I was late to work.

I was totally satisfied.

The cashier did not greet me even after I said hi how are you. All he said was good. Took awhile to get my change back. I asked for 3 packs of cigarettes and he only scans one and tries to hand it to me. I said no i wanted three packs. I was not satisfied or happy with my visit at all.

The young man that worked in the booth was smoking a regular cigarette standing next to a gas pump and talking to customers. I not only do not want to return here. I will advise others to stay away. This is totally unacceptable. I am trying to figure out who to report it to.
