The snack shelves were not fully stocked. Limited choice of snacks stock was depleted.

None of the employees are in uniform nor have name tags. There appears to be 3 people working; one in the cash booth and 2 outside. The one in the booth was using his phone while helping customers. The two outside people were speaking rudely about other customers and CapMetro employees. Also, frequently fuel line closest to the cash booth is blocked off and friends of the employees park there and have their sound system turned up. The vehicle is parked there anywhere from 1-3 hours. The restrooms are only cleaned every other day, and not very well. These items should not be allowed to happen. Thank you

Out of GAS ALMOST. DEBIT MY CARD $.13 AND NO GAS. Michelle DID NOT REFUND ME after I told her. But she DID AN EXCELLENT JOB considered the PRESS SHE WAS UNDER with a SMILE AND APOLOGIZED. SURVEY CODE: 325 801 386 356 Cars were everywhere for $1.43 a gallon. I wanted Premuim and GOT CHARGED $.13 FOR "NO GAS"

I've been to several stations in north and south Austin. It always seem like this particular station, which is located in an impoverished area of town, is higher priced than all of the other stations around town (whether it is a Murphy location or not). I find that very unpleasing. There is a Shell station within half a mile of this location and their regular unleaded gas was $0.10 cheaper than here. That's ridiculous!
