All pumps were prepay and not very convenient to use. Attendant was not at his register for a few minutes and customers were waiting in line to prepay as well. Credit/Debit customers should not have to wait in line at the cashier to prepay when other pumps at competitors allow payment at pumps. Attendant was not very helpful.

The giant sign posted above the gas station said the price was $2.06 per gallon. But after I'd driven away, my receipt informed me I'd paid $2.129 per gallon. (That was after a 5 cent/gal discount for using my Walmart Mastercard; otherwise the price would've been $2.179.) I did not have time to go back and complain to the attendant about the price not being advertised correctly - I would have told her a Shell station about 2 blocks away had a $1.99/gal price.

The employee that is working at the register is no polite, never welcomes me back, always has an attitude straight face, never offers a receipt but i hear him offer the person ahead of me a receipt. I figured out i need to ask for my receipt, and he checks people out slowly. Seems to me he is only giving attitude towards caucasians. Not happy at all about this.

This location gas gotten to be a DUMP; the card readers do not work, the printer does not work, no paper in the Printer, no fuel pressure on the Diesel pump. The facility as a whole, is filthy. You can't utilize the facility for all the Beggars asking for money while the attendant sets inside on their cell phone. These issues have been going on for quite some time, when you say something to the attendant, you are told we have been asking for help and can not get it. I am truly disgusted with this facility. It is my attention to try and see that Walmart gets a copy of this survey.

Murphy USA Store#6929 has increased their unleaded price to $4.61 per gallon. I informed the atrendants that this was well above a .40 cent increase. They stated they couldn't do amything about it. I informed rgem tgat what they were charging was illegal. They stated to file a complaint, they would not contact higher management or shut the pumps down. I advised i would file a formal complaint to the TX Attorney General's office and i have. In addition, neither employee was wearing their name tags and their pump #11, was printing blank receipts. The female clerk on duty snatched the blank receipt out of my hand. I informed her that i already tool a picture of said receipt and would report that as well. She told me to just go ahead. Anyhow, i am following through. Gas Prices have been around 2.15, highest 2.38....i wouldve even swallowes $2.61 per gallon, but not $4.61 per gallon. I would prefer an adjustment of at least $2.00 per gallon. I paid $72.70 for 15.742 gallons this morning. I am highly dissatisfied, and would not have made tge purchase if i hadn't have desperately needed the product.

This station closes at apx 1AM but all lights stay on & audio/video plays, giving the impression that after hours pay-at-the-pump will still work. The fuel pump accepted my credit card & began pumping fuel but VERY SLOWLY. After dispensing only $0.09 the pump turned off. This has happened to me before and I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention, just in case someone cared to change things. Have seen other customers fooled into thinking the station is open only to have a repeat of this same experience. Very bad publicity, very bad for business! And quite disappointing for anyone who's desperate for fuel in the late hours of the night. PLEASE fix this -- either make the pumps work properly after hours -OR- announce on each pump's display that the business is CLOSED and DO NOT allow the pumps to accept pay-at-the-pump payments!!! Location: 1030 Norwood Park Bl, Austin, TX 78753

There was a problem with the card reader. Then when I got it to work, gasoline started bubbling out of the bottom of the station where I was pumping the gasoline. The gasoline got all over my shoes, and when I got into my vehicle, some of the gasoline transferred over to the inside. I had to throw away my shoes because I couldn't get the gasoline out of them. I have washed the floormat of the vehicle, but it still smells really bad. I'm hoping that the gasoline wasn't absorbed into my feet and that the fumes on the 3.5 hour drive home today won't make me sick.

Everything around the station is NASTY! Something is always wrong with the pump, i.e., credit card reader doesn't work, out of paper or credit card reader takes longer than usual. Attendant is NEVER happy, never says hello.
