Room not cleaned first night

We loved how clean our room was and how friendly the staff was. I was disappointed you didn't have an outdoor heated pool. I am young but have several chronic pain conditions that cause me to keep my pool at home around 90* F. I spoke with Rick, wellness manager, and we just couldn't find a pool I could comfortably put more than my foot into. Even the lap pool was much too cold for my arthritis. Please heat an outdoor pool for your visitors with disabilities and bone and muscle injuries, including a lot of elderly people as well. We were visiting to relax and it ended up being really stressful seeing you didn't have any pool that many people with illnesses aggravated by temperature extremes would be able to use.

Great facility with lovely artwork, and our room was clean and comfortable. However, we were completely annoyed at always having to make the distinction of being Hilton Honors members, which we are. We felt anything but honored. We were grossly overcharged on everything except our room rate, and the complimentary breakfast in the executive lounge was on par with any less expensive motel chain. It was irritating to pay $20 per night for parking as overnight guests, to never be offered a cup of coffee or any other nicety, and to have zero access to a microwave to warm up the coffee we bought "on the outside." This Hilton just needs to embrace its pretentious, high-end identify and raise their rates accordingly so if that's not what you're liking for you know to avoid it.
