Your fuel prices are now in line with the local gas bandit. It's not worth driving out of the way for fuel, when I can stop at Sheetz.

I went to Murphy on the 8th of July and this morning with the intention of purchasing my Cartons of Pall Mall menthol 100's. Both days they did not have them. I was told on the 8th they would be coming in approx. an hour when the truck came. Today I was told they should be coming in later on. Never have I been this frustrated with this store. We like to get my cigs. there so we can get our gas and cigs in one stop. This is getting old.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN THE LAST 3 VISITS THAT YOU HAD A CARTON ON PA;; MALL WHITE 100'S, VERY DISAPPOINTING TO GO ONE DAY, TOLD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY, YOU STILL DON'T HAVE THEM, THEN I GET A COUPON FROM YOU IN THE MAIL FOR A 5 CENT MURPHY LIGHT ER AND YOUR CREDIT CARD TERMINAL IS STILL BROKEN, CANT SEE WHAT I AM PAYING FOR AND WHEN I GET HOME I NOTICED THAT I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THE LIGHTER, 5 CENTS AND 89 CENTS!! HOW DO I GET A REFUND? MAIL ME ANOTHER COUPON?

I asked for a carton of Marlboro Special Blend Red 100's, and the 3 pack special of special blend gold 100's; tenant handed me wrong cigarettes, which cost more (about $2.50 more). I got to the car, realized the mistake, went back to the window, and was told that they could not take those cigarettes back. The cashier didn't speak the entire time I was originally at the window. I have never received such service from her...very disappointed.

I had 2 cartoons os cigs, presented cashier with coupons and she told me she couldn't take them all so I had her remove a cartoon , replaced it with 6 packs of cigs, and she still charged me for 2 cartoons and 6 packs, brought this to her attention and she looked puzzled but then saw her mistake and removed it. You lost 4 packs of sales(and possibly more) due to this angry woman
