there was no regular gas available. I was paying by card at the pump and there was no signs telling me that there was no gas available. the only way to know that there was no gas was if you went to the window nothing on pumps. the attendant was not very helpful as to why if paying by card you only knew if you went to the counter and not at the pump.

It seems that on seven out of ten visits the pumps are malfunctioning or very slow so I don't usually get the amount of gas intended because it seems that it would take fifteen minutes to fill my tank.

Out of the eight gas pumps, the credit card readers on five of them were not working. This didn't just happen. I was there a week ago and some weren't operating then. This is just not acceptable at a place of business as busy as this Murphy station.

Premium fuel is priced 40 cents above regular unleaded and should be around 30 cents higher

The pumps never seem to work with taking payment. I've been to the location multiple times and haven't been able to use a debit or credit card at the pump in over a year. I've stopped going to Murphy's because of all the hassle of having to try to use a card and it never works.

Screen did not work at 2 of the pumps I tried. Help Button not responded to and o I had to stand in line at the kiosk to report the problem. Attendant was already aware of the problem with the pumps but no notice had been posted on them. This issue in combination with the "new" card being issued due to a hacking of the card reader at one of the Murphy stations I used in the past few months left me concerned that I was once again vulnerable to fraud.

The pump turned on, but would not dispense gas. I have never seen a gas station run out of premium gas (93). If anything, regular unleaded runs out first. I have had this happen in the past, but it's been a very long time. I did not try another pump. I left and came back the next day and it worked fine. But having to do that was an inconvenience.

I payed at the pump with a pnc gift card & I only got $12.00 worth of gas...I checked my balance & they took out 75.00 off my card, when the average price America pays for a maximum is 40.00...I am outraged because now I am in a position of having my lights turned off because I don't have the money to pay...I have a 4yr old & I was given that money to pay for gas & my utilities
