I wanted a printed receipt at the pump, evidently the machine was out of paper. I walked to the pay area and a huge plop of water fell on my head and into my left eye. It was so much if wet my hair. I told the attendant and he said "so". I asked who I could contact and he said he did not know. He was insensitive, stupid and rude. My left eye is highly irritated and I would like to know what the liquid that dropped from above was so I can let my ophthalmologist know.

This is the 2nd time this has happened with this attendant. i wanted to pump my gas first because i was buying cigarettes as well. Again he refused to turn on the pump. i went to the register and told him i was trying to pump gas and he asked what pump. I told him to forget it and bought my cigarettes and left.I went to BJS and got my gas.I pushed pay attendant on the pump and if it cannot be used i wonder why its there. Its very inconvenient when i am buying cigarettes as well as gas. I am a 65 yr. old African American woman and it felt like that was the reason he did not turn on the pump. It was embarrassing and humiliating.

GAS PRICES EXTREMELY HIGH!

Gas prices too high....you'd think a company with so much money would give people a break during the holidays, instead you raise prices!! My husband died 2 years ago and I'm on a fixed income & when you raise gas prices so high it causes poor people more problems.

Gas purchase was paid for with a Wal-Mart credit card and I expected to receive a discount by using my brand new walmart credit card. When I noticed that the price I was charged was the posted price I asked the attendant why I didn't receive any discount she replied that they weren't associated with Walmart. When I told her I had used my Walmart Credit card she acted surprised and amazed that I didn't receive any discount. I asked her to correct the error and she just told me She didn't have the power to do so and I would have to return the next day and take the matter up with the manager My wife had a similar experience a week earlier but only with an attendant that was more rude the the one I experienced today. Needless to say Murphy USA will lose any future business with employees such as these.

Gas pump #10 did not shut off!!! 5 Gallons of gas spilled over the pump area! We brought two cars in for gas. I set the pump to pump while I was gassing my other car one pump over. A customer yelled to me that the gas did not shut off & gas was flowing out the gas tank all over my car and tires, (new Tires, just installed!) There was not water to wash down the area, the attendant couldn't do anything as he was busy! He did say he would get some sand and put it down to dry up the gas! He never did!!! He offered some water to rinse the side of my car off but didn't bring that either! I asked what I could do about all the gas that spilled and I had to pay for and he said to contact Murphy on line. While there I was a nervous wreck trying to make sure some stupid customers didn't pull up in the area smoking, which happens all the time! Additionally, my wife's car was on empty, & my daughters 2007 Nissan Versa on 1/4 of a tank! Both needed gas filled for work the next day. This is why I was there for gas. I can't say the attendant was totally at fault for doing nothing. He was busy selling items and cash from a line of customers. But he

Got in line at register to purchase a product, but left (W/o purchasing product) after 10+ minutes in line. Never found out why taking so long.

Pump was running in slow motion. tried several time to stop and start. Still very slow gas flow into my tank. Seemed like 10 minutes to pump 4.88 gallons. I stopped and drove to a Sheetz. No problems at the Sheetz pumps.
