One of the pumps was not working so I had to drive around the parking lot to find another available pump. It was pretty busy so I lost some time

Oh I think the oil prices are considerably high, I am not sure of its because of the current market or what. Also your receipt print was not smooth I was confused if I had received my receipt or somebody else's as I had to pull out the ticket.

The panel was burnt out and hard to read. The receipt printer was messed up and printed the receipt half off the paper making it very, very hard to read. It happens often at this location. They're too lazy to make sure the paper is loaded properly. It's very frustrating. ;-(
