This location has the same few people working very long hours, that never get breaks. The restroom doesn't look sanitary. Sometimes you have to wait for the representative because there is only one person working, and she is stocking, or cleaning. It's sad these people don't get breaks. I thought that was the law?

I never give super, highly satisfied, 10s when 10 is the best unless it was unusually good. If you note I did give highly satisfied with the human part of the visit today. Most of the time all there is is putting your card in the slot, pushing your grade and pumping your gas. Nothing to be highly satisfied about doing that. Highly satisfied is given when there is human to human interaction and the person at this station is excellent, 10, superb. Machines are machines and I've never used the bathroom there and don't even know if there is one.
