Parking and internet are not included, and are not cheap. The internet was also highly unreliable. It costs $13 per day. Parking is $30 per day. This place is not worth it.

The staff is not very friendly and does not care about their guests and the comfort of their stay here. On the morning of my second day of I called the front desk to ask for Toothbrushes, body wash, and additional towels. During the next hour and twenty minutes we decided to begin getting ready so we could make it to Disneyland early. We used what body wash we had left, which wasn't nearly enough for two people, used our fingers and toothpaste and, we had to get very creative with a hand towel and a blow dryer to dry ourselves off. Before heading up for breakfast I called again to see what ever happened to the items we requested. The staff member on the phone was not very concerned that the items had not arrived for over an hour. After 15 minutes at breakfast I stopped by the room to grab something and guess what? The items had STILL not arrived. I decided to have a face to face conversation with someone at the front desk. I'm not sure why I expected the staff member at the front desk to care anymore than the staff member on the phone. He was very casual and unapologetic. When I asked about how long it should typically take to receive items, he dodged the question and said he would talk to housekeeping. Through all of this I didn't even receive an apology from anyone I spoke with! As a first time Hilton Honors guest I would think there would be some desire to keep me as a customer. With a first stay this poor I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of hotels in the LAX airport area, I had the misfortune of staying at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport.
