Great location

The car wash automatic register was broken. I didn't have exact change and the machine didn't receive credit card. There wasn't any sign, warning you about this situation before entering the car wash. I had to pay $10 instead of the exact $5. But the attendant was very nice and readily wanted to return my change.

I paid for a car wash. When I finished fueling there were cones out in front of the entrance. I wanted to ask the attendant if there was a problem with the carwash, but she was too busy. This location is always busy, and the carwash is usually out of service. Also there is not paper in the machine at the pump, I then have to go inside and speak to the cashier.

Of all the pumps at this location, half of the card reader brackets are busted. One of the card readers hasn't worked for at least two month. Some will work if you hold your card just right. Some when you put your card in it won't read ... no friction or resistance when you pull it out; the reader heads are busted or out of adjustment. You tell the attendant, but they don' seem to write it down or report it. I have to drive around and look for a card reader that isn't busted. Sometimes I have to wait in line to get a pump that's not damaged or broken. Sad.

The gas price shown was 1.84, when using the Walmart card you get 3 cents discounts, well I got charged 1.873 which make it 3 cents more using my walmart card. I have begged them to provide cigarettes LIGGETT lights 100. over and over they never have. They get one for 1 week and then gone. I talked to the manager he promised they will have it. That was 2 months ago. I go by every week to get a carton sill, it is a hit and miss 2 out of 3 time they don't have it. I have a Walmart Mastercard that i use for all my fuel purchases at Murphy stations. I have it because in the past i get a small discount per gallon. What with the discount it usually made Murphy's a cent or two cheaper than the other stations in my neighborhood. Now without receiving a discount why should i shop at Murphy's or even have a Walmart MC?

Car wash did not have any soap very dirty

I was prompted with an offer for a Car Wash. I purchased one, only to find out that the car wash was not operating and blocked off. The purpose of me getting it was a matter of convenience. Knocking out two birds with one stone sort of deal. If the Car wash is not operating I would expect the administration to have the foresight to not prompt customers to buy a car wash they cannot use. The timeline for expiration is irrelevant as I am not going to periodically show up to the car wash each day until the expiration date to see if the car wash is operational. This is a waste of time.
