I thought I bought car wash. What I got was a scam, pack of lies, and potential damage to car's finish. The equipment is defective. I suspect it has been, for more than two years. It REFUSES TO CLEANLY RINSE soap from the car. I specifically asked if the thing had been fixed, & was lied to. When I tried to complain, the lady started yammering at me, because I had the same problem, years ago -- and this was my first time back. The lies I heard then, and the lies I heard today, were the same. This tells me you have deliberately been ripping people off, all of this time. Pump advertises several wash levels; take ur pick for $5. I chose "the works." I got about 1/2 of basic. The car got suds on it and the brushes moved things around, but time to rinse, the machine only squirted water, about 1/2 way back, & blower started. Naturally, roof & back of car were doused in suds. I took pictures, and pointed out to the creature in the cage that I couldn't take those pictures if the soap wasn't there. She blamed me! Said position of my transmission gear selector caused it. Not only me: I videoed another car - rinsed only 1/2 way back & soapy@end THIS IS THEFT.

The pump took my credit card and said to start pumping, but i could pump gas. The handle was not working or computer. Dont know. Tried to cancel my transaction, would not let me. Did not want someone come after me to use my card to get gas. I told the cashier that my card info is on and wont cancel. She punched some thing and said it does not show on my screen. I said but it shows there. Need to cancel it at the pump. She started screaming like crazy in front of other customers that i told u, it does not show on mine. I said calmly could come and check, again like a maniac hiting on her monitor and trying to turn it toward me to see ans screaming i told you many times i dont have it here. She was acting very rude, violent and out of control in front of the other customers insulting me. Looks like you have a gang member as an employee not a professional and customer oriented.

I have been purchasing fuel from this location for years and now I am informed that the Wal-Mart gift cards no longer work here. That is something that needs to be remedied or your company is going to lose an awful lot of clientele. I for one will not return and will tell my friends and acquaintances. This decision is bad for your business.

The attendant was very rude when we asked questions. She was also yelling when we were asking her questions very calmly

The attendant that works here is extremely rude every time I come in here. The only reason why I come here is because the prices are cheaper. The attendant always has an attitude like she doesn't want to be there and if I pay in change she Huffs and puffs like I'm doing something wrong and she never says thank you. She makes me feel like she doesn't want me there.

paid by gift gas card we have and refill but as soon as the card was read it started pumping gas and it was still in the pump and not in the truck he stopped it and tried to tell the cashier that there was a problem with pump #2 but she was not understanding the pump was malfunctioning. found a pump at the other side that was working correctly and filled up the truck this location as at a Walmart on 3454 State HWY 6 so. Houston 77082..

The attendant was very rude and had a bad attitude , I wouldn't want anyone who acts or is so uno professionally dressed. Her hair was not even groomed

The attendant gave me the wrong brand of cigarettes, and I noticed after I went out the door. I went back and told the attendant that he gave me the wrong brand of cigarettes, I told him I was sorry and he said to me " yes you are", I didn't think anything about it until later but he was being disrespectful, and rude. He was totally rude and obviously not customer service oriented. Maybe that's why he is working there. He should be replaced.

wanted a Tropicana orange juice because the murphy usa site gave me a coupon. but cashier said they don't even carry it anymore.
