I go here all the time and have never had any issues. Kind of rare in this day and age.

Pell City (Alabama) Murphy USA is easy to get in and out. Kim (cashier) is awesome, she is so friendly and personable. She always tells me of any promotions going on (I appreciate that!). To be truthful, I can get gasoline anywhere and at a competitive price but I come here because the employees are so friendly. You've got a great team in Pell City, AL. Please acknowledge their hard work and their efforts in maintaining good customer service. To the customer, they are Murphy USA.

The management is great personnel as well. Service is excellent

Greeted nicely every time I go. Attendants are very friendly and know what products I generally want.

Kelsie and all of the employees are always very polite and helpful. They always make friendly conversation and give prompt and friendly service. I’m there almost everyday.
