I came there to get my tobacco (Grizzly longcut wintergreen premium dark) and they did not have it in and they were supposed to give me the 5 dollar guarranty and they did not.

The attendent was busy doing somthing else behind register. It took more that a few minutes.

Handicapped and the receipt did not print. There was a lot of stuff in the way of getting to the cashier to get a receipt.

Only unleaded fuel was in Stock, the other two grades were out. Many of the pay at pump feature did not work .

It's my personal belief that a rating of "highly satisfied" can never be achieved because you are dealing with people who are not perfect. Besides once you have achieved "highly satisfied" then where do you go from there? My visits have always been pleasant and I have always been satisfied with my purchases and I plan to continue conducting business with Murphy USA.

The prices of your candy is ridiculous. I can usually buy a 2 pack of Hershey Reese cups for anywhere between $0. 85 & $1.00 where it cost $1. 39 + tax at Murphy's. Otherwise, all was good.
